Certified Bodywork PractItioner

What is LNRT Bodywork?

Mainly I am finding and releasing tension in muscles and fascia. Like humans, lots of horses carry a good amount of tension in their body. The problem is, that overtime, it not only creates an unhealthy posture but it can also put pressure on major nerve bundles like the brachial plexus, the lumbosacral plexus, and other important nerve lines as well as the circulatory system. In my NR sessions I’m creating more space by releasing tension around these areas. Another very important component is movement, helping horses “find”, activate and use the correct muscles. This is such a great combo because once the tension is released, horses are much more willing to use the muscles that they should. Read more…

With a background as a professional horse trainer and athlete, I bring a deep understanding of biomechanics in both humans and horses. Recognizing even the smallest signs of imbalance or discomfort in both body and mind is an essential aspect of effective bodywork. I can help you identify unhealthy postures and movement patterns in your horse and provide support to achieve better health and performance. I found that the combination of horse training and bodywork is very powerful; it enables me to offer you a uniquely holistic approach. My horsemanship skills, developed through years of hands-on experience, play a vital role in my every session.
